“After a bit of a search for an architect for a new single family residence in a vacant lot, I decided to go with Shahrzad from Razi Architects, and I’m happy I did. Shahrzad is very professional, communicative and punctual. Everything was well laid out on the initial proposal, so the terms of the contract were very clear, there were no uncertainties. Throughout the whole design process from the initial concept design to the final construction drawings, she made sure to take into consideration the owner’s vision and suggestions for the project and also offer some of her own that would ultimately improve the project as a whole.
